Pamela Glynn Designs jewelry features artisan glass beads that I make by hand, one bead at a time. Each of my beads starts with a glass rod, which I melt, shape and decorate at my torch using the ancient art of lampworking. Once I finish crafting my beads, I combine them with touches of crystal and sterling silver to create wearable art that is colorful, personal and unique.

While I enjoy all aspects of creating my jewelry, my favorite part is the element of serendipity that is inherent in the art of lampworking. Every time I touch a rod of glass to the flame and begin to make a bead, artistry, chemistry and mystery combine in ways both within and beyond my control, enabling me to create objects of beauty that are truly one-of-a-kind.
