Orders & Shipping

Online orders can be made through our Etsy shop and shipping is free for all domestic US purchases over $35. In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Your order will arrive beautifully packaged in our signature reusable lavender linen pouch, which can be saved for storage and travel. Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, international orders have been temporarily suspended until further notice.

Care & Cleaning
​
Pamela Glynn Designs handmade glass bead jewelry is designed to be worn and enjoyed. To extend the longevity of your glass beads, please remove them for sleep, showering and swimming, and store them in their linen pouch to keep them clean and tangle-free. Glass beads can be gently cleaned with a soft cloth as needed. Sterling silver components can be polished using a silver cleaning cloth.

Gifts

All of our items are beautifully presented in our signature lavender linen pouch, which is perfect for gift giving. Please be sure to indicate that your purchase is a gift when placing your order, and note if you would like to include a brief message on a gift enclosure.
Custom Orders

Looking for a specific color, length or quantity? Simply click on the “Request Custom Order” link on our Etsy shop to start a conversation and let us know what you have in mind. Prices and production/delivery timeframes for custom orders will be confirmed prior to purchase.

Returns
​
If for some reason you are not delighted with your purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted up to 14 days, provided that your jewelry is unworn and in its original packaging. If you experience any problem with your jewelry within 6 months of purchase, please email pamela@pamelaglynndesigns.com so we can address your concerns. Items sent for exchange, refund or repair should be securely wrapped and shipped in a trackable package to Pamela Glynn Designs, 14 Pilgrim Court, Tenafly, NJ 07670. Please note that return shipping is not included. Unfortunately, custom orders are not eligible for return.
